We partnered with Strategy and Product to map end-to-end journeys, using blueprints as living tools to reveal dependencies and surface opportunities. This kept teams focused on delivering seamless experiences rather than static artefacts.

Low-fidelity sketches are used to quickly describe future experience concepts, sparking early conversations and uncovering assumptions before investing in detailed design. This encourages alignment on direction at low cost to the business.
